1. My measurement is twice that! (note that I'm 6 ft 4)Great stretches and Mel's strongest points are that you can add or take away seconds before next exercise I add ten more seconds to unwind the stretch and also analyze what next exercise that's coming up and it's proper form, may sound simple but SO crucial! I am accumulating mor and more M el apps, I'll keep them posted if they need fixing in any areas.
2. I thank the sponsor for such a great app.Good and cheap pro version, but animations are sketchy and this can result in performing the exercises with poor form.
3. Visually, all apps seem to use slim, young bodies (and almost always female) for the demos, but for older users, more relatable choices would be really welcome! Also, why can't I directly input my flex measurements? The scroll numbers for the splits, for example, maxes out at 11 inches.
4. I would love to see a stretching app for specific sports too. This is a good app with 3 complimentary workout programs in the free version.
5. After doing these exercises, I feel loose and a bit flexible (Not that much but after a workout, u may feel a bit alive and flexible, ryt?).
6. App is solid and exercises are varied but I personally feel there is a lack of thought behind the guidance, videos and sounds alike.
7. Because when doing your basic training program, the person stops on the 14th, the rest is premium.
8. It doesn't work like that!As a 60 year old male who puts the goal of flexibility over pure strength or muscle mass, I would love to see a stretching app that I can relate to.
9. Plus it is good for those ove the age of 50.Just been using the free version.
10. It should play its sounds over whatever you have playing in other apps, just like other gym apps do.I don't think this app only deserves 2 stars.
11. At the intermediate level (everyday stretching), the person stops on day 7 and the advanced level is totally premium.
