DAILY DAY Customer Insights

1. I think that when you hit "create"/"edit" it should be more apparent or users should be moved back to the home screen immediatly.tbh I would rate this with 5* but I don't like the ads coming up every time I open the app so🤷 ♀️overall good app! interface looks good too.

2. Opening the app takes too long and it often freezes or doesn't load (when it finally does your paitience is rewarded with an ad!) Updating/creating events is difficult due to to the lengthy loading periods.

3. I am still able to receive notifications, but when trying to open the app, it stuck on the opening screen forever.Love this app and have been using it for a while now, even supported and got premium.

4. No backup or sync options.Could you add a function to repeat a countdown of the same event? Let's say, it is repeated once a month, week, or every X time.

5. the app itself seems great, but I just cant stand the ads, they pop up way too often and you have to actually watch it for 20+ seconds to close it.Update: issue fixed with the latest update.

6. however it seems that after an event is over, i cant just change to another event displayed on the widget.

7. However, the backup is not working as it keeps saying "insufficient permissions" without giving me the option to do anything about it...I really enjoy using this app.

8. Also it pins permanent notification on your notification bar, so you just can't forget about the even.Slow to load, starts with a full-page ad, doesn't do very much.

9. I also had 24 of the same event created accidentally! Deleting them each was a long and frustrating process.

10. i need to remove it then add again, and even then sometimes the display just goes off without warning.I just downloaded the app and uninstalled it right away.

11. It's super useful for students especially during taking exams.

1. Fix DAILY DAY Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart DAILY DAY: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DAILY DAY" » Open DAILY DAY - Countdown Days » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DAILY DAY » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear DAILY DAY - Countdown Days app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DAILY DAY servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DAILY DAY - Countdown Days" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check DAILY DAY app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DAILY DAY might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall DAILY DAY. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DAILY DAY then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DAILY DAY not working


2. Fix DAILY DAY Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DAILY DAY be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DAILY DAY not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DAILY DAY may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
