1. * Add a page for feedback and suggestions😀It doesn't make up my phone it tracks how much time I've been sleeping tablet it's really useful I got more sleep than yesterday until I found this app and my sister doesn't believe it but this is really helpful.Cannot use because of some"app overlay" permission, no clear instructions on how to allow thisUsed to be great...until this last update.

2. I really like it! Some minor asks would be: * Add a note field to each sleep entry to store some sleep-relevant info like: "had some drinks", "ill with the flu", "took anti-snore medicine x" * Add an option to stop the site-related notifications which are in Japanese.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix JUKUSUI Issues

1. Fix JUKUSUI Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart JUKUSUI: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the JUKUSUI App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "JUKUSUI" » Open JUKUSUI:Sleep log, Alarm clock » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for JUKUSUI » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear JUKUSUI:Sleep log, Alarm clock app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from JUKUSUI servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "JUKUSUI:Sleep log, Alarm clock" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check JUKUSUI app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JUKUSUI might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall JUKUSUI. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall JUKUSUI then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing JUKUSUI not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make JUKUSUI be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to JUKUSUI not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, JUKUSUI may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
