1. Loading time is slow ,constantly have to clear cache , paying with my phone works maybe 40% of the time and again and again when i open it ,it shows no card working , have to restart it again for it to show up.

2. In the current version I can't view my cards or their transaction histories, I used to be qble to tap the card to see everything and now nothing happens, same goes for if I click "skoða kort" the app just doesn't register them as clickable or something.

3. Well... they issued a new app only in Icelandic.Tap & pay works spotty at best, totally unreliable for payments as you have to carry your card around just in case either way.

4. And only in Icelandic, no English??? C'mon guys, it's 2020... In 2018, I was on a widely-advertised ÍSB event, when they told EVERY part of their apps and the website will be 100% translated at least into English.

5. - Update: on 2/11/21 I received an update that English was added in beta: it seems Christmas came early this year.

6. Aside from tap & pay, the app crashes frequently, logs you out in the worst possible moments, seemingly at random, then prompts you for setting up again.This app is so bad i dont risk not having my card with me just in case.

7. Like dude, fix your app -_-Terrible experience..tried so sign into app after installing it but got looped endlessly in the "first run" reliability check questions that repeatedly popped up again and again after finishing last question.

8. Its so bad i have even considered going through the hazzle of changing banks.Great app, but unfortunately error feedback is little to non, so when something unavoidable goes wrong or doesn't work, there is no way for you to know if it's on your end or thiers.

9. WIth only 400.000 people in the world speaking Icelandic it would makes sense commercially to include English.

10. Lately I have not been able to see the actuall amount money on my acc and have had big problems in paying I always have to close and reopen the app multiple times before something happenes.

11. And don't get me started on paying with my phone, it never works.
