Otherwise will be sticking to other apps.-Interface is not very user friendly -extremely difficult to get a rider especially on long distances (because drivers can choose bookings, they can see the location, and fees prior to accepting and most of the time, fees are not favorable for the rider which is why no one accepts these bookings) -due to the above issue, users are forced to add tips just to get a rider -some riders will ask to cancel for different reasons.

2. There's no cancel button even the order is still awaiting driver for an hour! What if there's really no driver available for pickup, am I gonna wait forever till someone will accept it? Worst app, considering I have been only using it for just a few times but everytime I placed an order, there's always a problem.

3. What is the purpose of scheduling a booking if the app tries to look for a driver immediately!! The driver even tried to pick up my order the second it was booked despite it being written that the pick up was for hours later.

4. I need to use lalamove one time only so i topup RM30 bc that's the minimum amount! Now i have balance RM21.50 and I can't withdraw it.

5. The level of unprofessional behavior was at a level of it's own! The guy literally asked for twice the amount shown in the app kept trying to bargain even when I informed him that I'll give some tip to the drive but I won't pay anything over the price shown in the app.Minimum topup must RM30.

6. Some just wants to get the full fee and avoid lalamove's percentage.App UI is good, but the riders, damn, riders won't even accept the order without giving a tip first.

7. The other was to do with another driver being being rude to me via a chat because I happened to select the wrong option for my delivery.

8. Rider is mostly in helmet or face mask, we rely on the vehicle detail to locate them and avoid them spam calling us.

9. Rider sometimes don't get notified when order is cancelled and hog at pick up point for payment from sender.

1. Fix Lalamove Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lalamove: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lalamove App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lalamove" » Open Lalamove - Fast & Affordable » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lalamove » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lalamove - Fast & Affordable app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lalamove servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lalamove - Fast & Affordable" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Lalamove app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lalamove might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Lalamove. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lalamove then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lalamove not working

2. Fix Lalamove Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lalamove be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lalamove not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lalamove may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
