Route Planner Customer Insights

1. Last week I used a different app finished at what 3.30 pm, started using this app today finished at 2.20pm in same areas with roughly same stops, the only Downside at the moment it doesn't recognise where you are even though it takes you so I had to change location on Google maps to my location,,, this app seems to optimise better as it does it in order of postcode not the quickest way around the route, which helps when you've already loaded vehicle that way,,, and it's cheaper than other appTrial wants to start before you can even see the results of the optimization so that it will transform in monthly subscription, the map doesn't load and keep saying "no gps".

2. Developer should improve the app instead of buying fake review that says "great game amazing for children!!" Hope Google will check that.StillNeed work on this app .. it have no option to avoid toll roads !!!!!! No option to avoid salik toll roads ???? And have to navigation about you have to drive on flyover or near on plane road !!!!! Please improve itThis app is incredible It helped me a lot to delivering and made my life very easy.

3. had to manually get the GPS to take me to every stop.. sucks ..Clunky interface and no useful features like importing a spreadsheet.If you deliver multi drop then this app is a must have , so easy to use and effective .

4. However, you need to use an external navigation app for each destination..Used 1 time, as soon as I clicked optimize, it takes you to a subscription page.

5. Couldn't view the route or had laid outIt will save time and money and end up earning you more.

6. I use it daily.SUCKKKKKK.... wouldn't work properly, poorly designed.

7. I love it! I recommend it wholeheartedly!The idea is good.

8. Easily worth the subscription.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Route Planner Issues

1. Fix Route Planner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Route Planner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Route Planner App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Route Planner" » Open Route Planner - GetWay » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Route Planner » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Route Planner - GetWay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Route Planner servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Route Planner - GetWay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Route Planner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Route Planner might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Route Planner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Route Planner then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Route Planner not working


2. Fix Route Planner Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Route Planner be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Route Planner not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Route Planner may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
