4. Also, I was under the impression there's suppose to be a free trial yet my credit card was charged! Not impressed I contacted developer and they're refusing to refund the $10.99 blaming google play but google said developer processed payment.Games themselves are okay and engaging, HOWEVER it's been over 2 months now since I've first contacted customer service about the app not working.

8. Despite having paid for 2 apps, Keiki and Keiki World, for a lifetime access, both of them keep taking me to subscription offers and despite being logged in it shows as if my subscription was inactive.
9. I have been patient and at this point I am demanding to be refunded for the three $8.XX amounts that were deducted from my account while being charged double and still not being able to access the full app.

I have tried so many different apps to help him and this one is, by far, the best!! He knows all the colors of the rainbow.. in order and can identify more of them now too! He also is singing so many of the songs on here and he could barely put a sentence together before.
