Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Bee Network Issues
1. Fix Bee Network Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Bee Network: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Bee Network App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bee Network" » Open Bee Network:Phone-based Digital Currency » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bee Network » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Bee Network:Phone-based Digital Currency app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bee Network servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bee Network:Phone-based Digital Currency" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Bee Network app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bee Network might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Bee Network. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bee Network then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bee Network not working
2. Fix Bee Network Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bee Network be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bee Network not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bee Network may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I was kicked out of the app and cannot get back in. I put in my email address, access code that gets emailed to me because I said forgot password, then an "undefined" message comes up. I've tried multiple ways to get back in but cannot. I do not remember who invited me either. I had nobody under me but a fair amount of Bee coin I accrued. Please advise.
