1. Im happy to know that she is learning, not just from the weekly progress reports, but by her vocabulary, and things she is able to identify in the real world be it objects, letters, colors, or numbers!!!Poor user interface, navigation was nonsensical to me.
2. No other app has such practical games, great videos and music.Horrible they do false advertising saying it's free for 5 days to try out.
3. I like the parents page and the mix of real life teachers/ animation.I really love this app, its very engaging my 2 year old loves it! she is learning so much everyday.
4. To me it looks like padding content to try to justify the price.This product does not work well with android devices.
5. Other apps allow to pause the game, so you can take your time to read/review/understand Is there a way in app to do that? I didn't find it.By far the best app for kids.
6. The first thing you are presented with are just remakes of many other games available on the Play store.

8. On top of that they are asking for £77 per year! I pay that for Microsoft Office for 5 computers! Then when you look further, you see that the total content is much, much less than an app I pay £20 per year.
9. I was sceptic about purchasing it because of the relative high price, but when it's at 50% discount (for a whole year) it's really worth it.
10. The very 1st day I downloaded, I immediately get a notification on my bank for the whole year they the charge me for the app.
11. All of a sudden the sound would stop working for activities but would work for the TV part of the app.

I am still getting charged for the app which has been uninstalled for quite some time. My playpass subscription has been cancelled also with which I got the app to begin with. I would like a refund for this last month. Transaction is still pending in my bank account
I ckecked on the Trial on 26th Jan 2021, it was supposed to be a trial and advertised its only a trial and if I cancel within trial period I wont get charged.
However, I got charged, and very surprised that reputable company actually charged my.
That was totally unexpected, and I am still in a shock, that how can reputable company actually do such a thing!!!
However errors can happe, so please refund my first month charge during trial, that was mistakenly charged to may Credit Card.
Please reply to my email on the outcom, before I take further legal action.
