1. Verifying my telephone number in the web app does not work b/c apparently the format validation does not accept non-spanish numbers.This app is useless, infact my whole experience with this company is deplorable, what a night mare, no reply to emails, no reply on face book, phones don't work, staff at local posts are rude and unhelpful, their web page is non user friendly and not designed for non Spanish nationals.

3. Good luck trying to receive anything from outside Europe! Correos is offering to clear customs for us, but the process is incredibly painful, on the app or on their website (they are both equally horrible!)Trash.

4. I wonder who they contracted for this trash.I was unable to access customs processing because the online keyboard would not except my telephone number.

5. Then the mailman appears out of nowhere asking for cash for some import taxes saying: 'Duh, if you didn't want to pay this way or wanted to know if you had to pay at all, you should just use the app, you know…?' Brilliant service.Absolute trash! This app should not be on the app store.

1. Fix Correos Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Correos: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Correos App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Correos" » Open Correos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Correos » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Correos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Correos servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Correos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Correos app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Correos might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Correos. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Correos then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Correos not working

2. Fix Correos Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Correos be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Correos not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Correos may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
