Would recommend to anyone looking for a simple and easy to use fasting tracker that's not bloated with features which you'll never use.They paywall elementary stuff like Fit connection and a widget, have opt-out tracking and even put an "uwu we can't serve all functions if you disable tracking" message when you do, otherwise it's just a timer that nags you to buy le subscriptionThis is an easy app to use, but there was another intermittent fasting app that actually explains what your body is doing for free for each phase, and even their membership is less expensive monthly.
2. In addition to time left countdown, I would like to see total time so far.It only allows you to do fasting intervals with the free option.
3. It's ok ... a few things to add and I would give it 5 stars ... being able to just press "start" and "stop" to log your own fasting interval, and the ability to add your own water oz number, not choose a set amt.
4. I scored low because when looking at achievements for consecutive days, it doesn't count if you are 1 second before your end time.
5. #2) the ability to preset a desired daily start time.
6. So far, the only drawback for me is that I can't find a way to edit if I forget to turn off fasting mode when I start eating.
7. I want to be notified of start time, but not end time as I always try to extend my fast.
8. I went into the diary to add something manually but I could not.So I used this app 3 years ago, it helped sooo much then, I lost like 8-10% of my weight in a steady pace.
9. I don't always do the same fast time frames every day, but I fast at least 14 hours daily...sometimes 3-4 day fasts.
10. A few wish list items: #1) independent notification options to turn on/off start and end.
11. Then covid came, I lost my motivation, long story short, now I want to lose some weight again.
