1. Before this rating was 5 starsWith regards to Christophe's post about a new app called mySonnen replacing this one, tried to load it as this one is now constantly crashing after 18 months excellent service, only to be informed that it is not available in.my country ( UK) - Doesn't bode well.....Very basic information, doesn't display properly.
2. Utterly useless. For the last couple of days I've noticed that the daily graphs on the Android app are showing incorrect data for consumption and state of charge.
3. Very disappointing. This app is bad try "my sonnen" looks like it is thier current maintained app which appears to work.. As for this app, Basic info okay.
4. The iOS app still works well and shows the same data correctly on the daily graphs. To everybody wondering why this app is not working correctly and endlessly not updated: There seems to be the new "mySonnen" app which replaces this one.
5. You have to register with the same email on the my.sonnen.de website and then you can use the new app, which works much better and is actively maintained... In my case it found my installation automatically.
6. Worthless, I have my sonnen in backup mode and the app states that is in self consumption mode.
7. Web page slightly better but in German.Sonnen promised over a year ago to deliver a much better app for managing their batteries and panels, still waiting for that.
8. It's sad that sonnen didn't communicate this properly :-(App was working fine for about 2 years.
9. This app sucks, it does NOT start to register solar production until 11.00am and the history section is jumbled and incomplete.
10. Raise your game sonnen this is not satisfactory!App has a new bug on Android.
11. Doesn't tell you anything and is completely inaccurate compared to what is on the screen of the battery unit.
I purchased a sonnen battrie in 2019 and it was installed in January 2020 but wasn'e hooked up to work until June or July 2020. It didn't work at first and a tech set it up with me by phone. It hasn't worked for sometime, and because of Covid I never went outside to the pool house where the batteries are installed, so I did not know the batteries were not working until I received a true-up bill from Pacific Gas & Electric for $1800. I have tried to call the installer, SunStor Solar. with no response. Ive called the Message center for Los Angeles technical support three times, beginning around the 8th of Septemeber and I have a Case # 00742534. The Serial #117213 for my unit and the Model #38631. I have been waiting for some help as I am 79 years old, paying for these batteries that are not working and I'm receiving no benefits from them. I purchased these Sonnen Batteries when I had Solar installed hoping to save money and enjoy a cooler and warmer home. I would appreciate some help concerning this matter and see if I can get reimbursed for the True-up bill that I should not have had, had these batteries been working like they are supposed too. Thank You, Bonnie Cearley-Bolan, (209) 483-5215.
