1. Beside the courses there's no way to plan several days in advance=>new decision necessary every time -No proper synchronizing when using the same account on both of my phones (phone 1 (2): 106 (82) meditations, 1055 (778) min, 3 (1) day streak.
2. It helped me A LOT integrating tiny mindfulness practices into my everyday life and makes me feel more balanced. My first day with the app was awesome! I'm taking advantage of the frequency (time& tone) within the app to maintain my daily practice.
3. Nothing seems canned or thrown-together, i.e., all the meditations and courses have the same wonderful feel and perspective; plus they are applicable to many thoughts feelings and emotions.
4. It seems so synchronise it partly, as on both phones the numbers change If my health insurance wouldn't pay, I'd never pay so much.Best meditation app so far (Paul's voice is so calming).
5. Apart from they, very good app!I can totally recommend it! The app has a vast variety of different meditations with various voices, lengths, topics and techniques.
6. I can't speak to the quality of the content as I have not accessed it because all of it, save an intro session & nature sound sessions are behind a $60/yr paywall.
7. But since the last update on April 28th it won't open new meditations on my iPad (like as if it's stuck).
8. To anyone reading this: All is well and you're on the right path! Thank you, 7mind.Not cheap as subscriptions go, but sooo much wondeful content that is both modern and timeless.
9. Do you really think it is possible to rewire habits and mind just by listening, repeating and thinking, without actions in real life? Better use other meditation apps.
10. Also, there is tons of reused content, even whole sessions that have just a few added different sentences.
11. For a paid app, the guided meditations feel low effort and unprofessional.
