1. Other than the MUCH NEEDED control lock feature, I like this app,Have a phone that S/B good @ recording, supposedly has Dolby sound; used it to record lecture notes & it was so bad I couldn't hear the lecture on playback - to much static.

1. Restart Smart Sound Recorder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Smart Sound Recorder App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smart Sound Recorder" » Open Smart Sound Recorder » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smart Sound Recorder » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Smart Sound Recorder app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smart Sound Recorder servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smart Sound Recorder" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Smart Sound Recorder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smart Sound Recorder might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Smart Sound Recorder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smart Sound Recorder then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smart Sound Recorder not working
