GaragePro Car OBD2 Scanner Customer Insights

1. Special features doesnt unlock even with lifetime subscription, so buy the year if you want to test it out.Update from some weeks on: Firm contacted me via response to my original review.

2. I emailed the company, but there has been no response in over a month.App doesnt do the one thing I was hoping it would which is to display individual wheel speed to diagnose abs sensor issues.

3. Therefore I have 2 question: can you please add the functionality to remove a car during 5-10 mins after it was added (in case if there's a problem with models like in my case), and support me to delete the car (didn't use it, email is written).Subpar.. Slow to start or backout of areas.

4. It doesn't explain if I need to buy one to use the special features or if they are just pushing another thing to buy.

5. It's frustrating that when accidentally going to a different window or disconnecting the ODB2 module it doesn't save what data had been viewed so farIt's going on 2 days now.

6. Just name the car or vehicle and move on.Will not download Triumph Bikes!! Says maybe Internet issue but stood next to router and no issues downloading the app.

7. When you click on Special Features it just goes to the ad of their Bluetooth dongle.

8. Other apps can do the same thing for free, I'm not sure why this app has an annual subscription.

9. It does scan for abs codes though which is useful, will tell you which wheel speed sensor is bad if there is a code for it, ect.

10. Could use some work such as in the service procedures and having to put the license plate number in every time you use a function.

11. Contacted customer service, they tell me to manually select vehicle.
