About P6SLite

1. P6SLite is a video transmission software based on P2P technology, which supports multiple types of devices such as IPC/NVR/DVR.

P6SLite Customer Insights

1. Before it was possible to show what was happening before and after and considering that the show the data interval selection is not working, itmakes it worse than it was beforeThis app lets me see the camera but it usually says "no device found" until I completely exit and go back into the app.

2. Each camera should be able to be adjusted to fit the area they are covering.After the last upgrade the date frame view doesn't work, so there is no way to go back and checking what happened on a previous date.

3. When you enter the app to make the changes it states changes made successfully but when I go back the motion detection perimeter reset to the main camera setting.

4. I got the incident the theft got into my garage then I check my camera but no playback to show.Sometimes when opening the app gets stuck on the login page.

5. The app copies the perimeter from the main camera and saves it to all the other camera.

6. The msg view only show what happened in that frame rate, no way to rewind of forword outside of what it is showed in the msg recorded.

7. When trying to email into the app it says "email removed" Could be a good App if bugs would were fixed but it appears it is NOT.

8. It has never actually saves my time information so each time I open up the app it's right back at the wrong time.

9. Settings are same for both cameras, with the exception of my accident from yesterday.I'm not sure exactly what's going on but I've had this app for years and I never had an issue.

10. Waste of timeThe last update made dissapear feature "event record only".

11. Makes no sense, sometimes motion isn't picked up until you're right in front of it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix P6SLite Issues

1. Fix P6SLite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart P6SLite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the P6SLite App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "P6SLite" » Open P6SLite » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for P6SLite » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear P6SLite app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from P6SLite servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "P6SLite" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check P6SLite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, P6SLite might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall P6SLite. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall P6SLite then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing P6SLite not working


2. Fix P6SLite Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make P6SLite be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to P6SLite not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, P6SLite may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Dear Sir or Madam:
    I have 3 cameras and installed the under the P6s lite app with account baltobee@redacted. installed the P6s lite app on 2d android tablet. Soon realized that I couldn't be logged in on both tablets under the same account simultaneously. Created a 2d account using my Google number and shared the 3 cameras with that account. Not sure what happened, but on the main account tablet, I cannot access the motion detected videos, but can access the same videos on the secondary tablet/account. Uninstalled app from the primary tablet, restarted and reinstalled the P6s lite app, but still have the same problem. Secondary tablet/account has no problem.
    Any suggestions on how to fix the primary tablet/account access?

  • I have 2 questions:
    FIrstly I can't get email to work. I have set it up with smtp.gmail.com:25 no ssl, also with 64.233.189.108:465 with SSL, both report failed. Can you suggest something? I am sure about my emai address and password, I even reset it to be sure.

    Secondly, how to I connect to my camera when outside my WIFI range. I thought I would have to enter some forwarding rules into my router but can't find any information. How can the p6SLite app connect when it doesn't have my router static IP address?

  • Can I connect more than one P6SLite device to my android smartphone P6SLite app. I have the first one working fine. Having difficulty connecting a second identical device. If answer is yes, can you offer some advice why it won't recognize the second device. Outline chronologically steps I need to take, if it is possible to incorporate a second device. Also, if I unplug the working light bulb P6SLite unit, will my phone instantly recognize the device when I move it to another room? Or will I have to connect to my phone, like I am starting set-up for first time?

  • Hello, unfortunately the camera wasn’t working properly, so I switched off the power and then switched it back on. After that, I looked on my app and the camera has disappeared off the app. So, I then added it as a new device, pressed the reset button and scanned the code on the camera. Unfortunately, the camera is not making a noise when I press the button for 5 seconds and not connecting to my WiFi even though it is closed and the right WiFi for the camera.   • Good day !
    I am in Indonesia.
    I am a user of P6SLite application and had activated Glenz GWIP 2000 (2 units) & GWIP 2100 (1 unit) for 3 months accessed from my Cellular Phone without any problem.
    The chronology :
    Yesterday, I tried to access P6Slite from my PC by entering to : EasyWeb-Login, but it did not work and unfortunately all of my Glenz was disappeared from my P6Slite application.
    I tried to add again and again after reset the device in P6Slite, but always failed.
    I also tried to re-install P6Slite application and add the Glenz device, but it also failed.
    When I add device in P6Slite as instruction procedure the result as follow :
    - RESET the device : OK, succeed.
    - Scanning barcode to connect Wifi : OK, succeed.
    - Connecting to Wifi : OK, succeed.
    - Pairing to P6Slite : Failed.
    - Connecting to device : Failed.
    That is my problem and kindly help me to solve the problem.

  • I have an NVR that I use in monitoring my farm remotely. I set the camera to auto PTZ. Anytime the auto PTZ stops, I can’t restart the auto PTZ from my phone app. I have always had to physically go back to the NVR to restart the auto PTZ. This is very frustrating. Can you let me know if there is a way out or the phone app cannot restart auto PTZ

  • Hi, APP no longer sees the camera and displays add device, I have made many attempts (the cam is wifi), but the app does not associate the cam, from the router I have seen that it has associated it and I have seen that the address is present IP. How can i get the cam and its management back on my smartphone? Before I inserted the DID and it connected immediately, now I don't find this possibility anymore. Thank you

  • Trying to verify account but verification code expires straight away before I get a chance to enter it but when I request new code it says it cannot send another code as the one is sent is still valid this is very disappointing and I spent a lot of money on the camera
