1. Overall the application is middling in its wind predictions, Salish Sea, and the interface is confusing and requires much tapping to get to usable screws that aren't locked behind the paywall.Not intuitive to understand or operate.

2. I exchanged numerous emails w them re this issue and they said to try their 'wind list' option but this shows locations by name not by map so no where as beneficial.App is again useable after a early June '23 caused it to crash and be unusable.

3. Going back to my other preferred wind app.Loading times are horrible since the wind graph includes forecast models in it! 10 to 15s of frozen screen every single time you open a station.

4. Used to be (i.e. past tense) my "Primary Go to" app for checking wind when cruising; however, recent changes have tremendously reduced the apps functionality.

5. I've been using sailflow for years without issue.Recent update seems to have broken widgets.

6. For instance, I used to be able to pick any spot on their 'Forecast map' and get a wind report but that no longer works.

7. Alerts taylored to SURFERS would be an excellent upgrade, and i would love to see the map predictions show hourly updates vs every 3 hours if that level of accuracy is possible.

8. It displays them in a range of colors that correspond to the wind speed.

9. Wind is difficult to predict, but sailflow almost always gets it right or very close.

11. There is a color to speed chart at the bottom to make it easy.This app has hidden subscription and you ended up with closing your credit card.

1. Fix SailFlow Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SailFlow: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SailFlow App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SailFlow" » Open SailFlow: Marine Forecasts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SailFlow » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SailFlow: Marine Forecasts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SailFlow servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SailFlow: Marine Forecasts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SailFlow app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SailFlow might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SailFlow. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SailFlow then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SailFlow not working

2. Fix SailFlow Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SailFlow be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SailFlow not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SailFlow may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
