1. doesn't have volume even if you just tried to play the song it will turn off and says not responding send feedback??? waste of money.I try To play Some of videos through from my import local file .. but it keeps saying sorry unable to play this file, please try in other file.. whats the problem is this? Why can't we play all files through from local import file.please help me out.app is fine but i purchased voice to text plug in for convertin ing any song in to text but it converts only 2 lines and not so properly so please improve it urgently.

2. After I finally got it imported it crashed 3 times just trying open the file so I could edit it... This app might work fine for some, but for me I can't believe I wasted my time and money.I bought this application because I need the feature of voice to text, but unfortunately it seems that something is not working because until now, I haven't could convert correctly any record.

3. For example, you can check audio lab app: treme option and working process is too long please nake it short and bring update soon.3hit work well for some time and then it only recorded 1/3 of the recorded time (after the recording it plays only some time and the other time goes mute).

A must have and the best in my view.What's there to say other than this app and what it can do is the most comprehensive audio recording application yes there's others that are comparable in Features and the like, but this app actually performs very well it's stable and it's well made very streamlined and easy to use whether it's making a ringtone or studio quality recording this app is superior sometimes you actually get what you pay for.

5. Every time that I try to use it, I get different results, and most of the time, I get the message "Sorry... this audio conversion has been cancelled"It is very good.

6. Ugh... I downloaded this because I edit a podcast on my phone and Lexis Audio Editor stopped working after I updated my device... In my experience, this app constantly crashes.

7. In editing mode, there most be keyboard for select time duration on start marker and end marker if you do so it would be best for the blind people.

8. Please fix these issues (and restore some of my 'recordings') and I'll might change my rating.The app interface and look is fantastic....I am able to feel the difference.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Voice PRO Issues

1. Fix Voice PRO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Voice PRO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Voice PRO App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Voice PRO" » Open Voice PRO - HQ Audio Editor » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Voice PRO » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Voice PRO - HQ Audio Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Voice PRO servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Voice PRO - HQ Audio Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Voice PRO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Voice PRO might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Voice PRO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Voice PRO then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Voice PRO not working


2. Fix Voice PRO Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Voice PRO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Voice PRO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Voice PRO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
