1. Do you see the problem and disconnect? It's a complete lack of thinking into extra security! I tried to log in on the website, and it wants the code as well! I tried to select forgot password hoping to get around it, and it still wants the code!"Unable to submit Ensure all required expense details are provided." Lovely error handling! That's all I see when trying to save ANY expense.

2. I'm sure if it works properly with your phone, it's fine, but doesn't work for me at all.Very handy to keep track of expenses and receipts on the go.

3. I had to reformat my phone, which meant I had to log back into this app... except it wanted a two-factor authentication with the code that resets every 1 minute...except the only way to get that code WAS ON THE APP THAT I'M CURRENTLY TRYING TO LOG INTO.

4. I cannot login on my computer as I will need the key from my app as part of 2fa.Overall decent, I would love it if the app would allow uploads of .PDF files as receipts, but alas, I have to resort to a computer for those uploads.

5. What specific details do you lack? Everything is filled out, I've added a receipt, I've navigated my org's draconian expense coding with the proper accounting codes and department provisioning.

6. I would NOT recommend for companies to use this app.Easy to use a d help keep up with expenses and receipts.Always having connection issues with server.

7. It turns a 10 minute job into an hour to find a way to export to a jpeg file or simply print and take a stupid photo of a sheet of paper.

8. I would also love it if I could actually contact someone in the company about this issue, instead when I click "contact" it just says to contact somebody in my own company, and they have no clue either.

9. It constantly makes you reset password (8 times in 1 year), and is all around faulty and buggy.

10. The login screen when you get a randomised password is a nightmare to use.

11. It isn't particularly compatible with my Google Pixel 3, and now we are required to use two step verification, which is impossible.

  4. Check Spend Clarity Enterprise app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Spend Clarity Enterprise might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Spend Clarity Enterprise. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Spend Clarity Enterprise then reinstall.
