1. I forgot my password and when i went through the process to recover my password, it is asking me to pay for sending recovery link of password.I've added usblockit file in my pendrive.

2. Great app,but need help, I've accidentally deleted the USBLock.exe file and now even after unlocking the usb storage is not showing while on locked condition I can see this USBLock.exe file of 11 kb.

3. A lot of people are throwing negative comments but if your data needs to be secure then keep your password remembered there shouldn't be a forgot password option.

4. Because once you forget your password, if you think there's an option to recover it, like a link for recovery or old password would be sent to you by email then i tell you, not gonna happen UNLESS YOU PAY FOR IT.

5. With asking for any password, how could I access to my drive.

6. But now you renamed the USB drive to "LOCKED" That's not good because that lets people know there's something on the drive which could make someone question what's locked and dig deeper.

7. Even can't view files in pc when drive is locked by phone.

8. Pls help.I bought my usb couple of years ago and then i tried to look and search for an app to lock the said item..then i see this "usb Lockit" i tried it for almost 2 weeks then something happend that i cannot open.

9. The drive became RAW file type system.

10. My usb pendrive in windows11 can not be accessible after i lock the drive.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix USB Lockit Issues

1. Fix USB Lockit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

Restart USB Lockit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
Update the USB Lockit App. Here is how:
1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "USB Lockit" » Open USB Lockit - Pendrive Password » click "Update".
2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for USB Lockit » click "UPDATE".
Clear USB Lockit - Pendrive Password app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from USB Lockit servers.
1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "USB Lockit - Pendrive Password" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".

Check USB Lockit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, USB Lockit might not work.

Uninstall and reinstall USB Lockit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall USB Lockit then reinstall.

Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing USB Lockit not working

2. Fix USB Lockit Server issues & Internet Connection

Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make USB Lockit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to USB Lockit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off

Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, USB Lockit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
