1. And I can't configure notifications for each individual item, once it has appeared in the app, like I can in PostNord's app 😕 Update: It's now possible to remove individual items.Many carriers - one app.

2. The only real annoyance I have with it is that there doesn't seem to be a way to exclude certain carriers, which means that for the carriers for which I use the carrier's own app, like PostNord, I get notifications from both apps.

3. ALSO WHY DID YOU REMOVE THE OPTION TO IDENTIFY AND QR CODE??? no point in using it anymoreGood because it allows you to track parcels by several carriers in a single app.

4. Also its very slow to update status, it does not show that a package has been delivered, that I have to do manually.

5. Update: developer responded explaining it's possible to turn off the feedback notifications in the latest version, so it's now the perfect app for me, thank you! 😀Constantly crashes.

6. Nooooo why is your UI so clunky, sluggish and big! Please give an option to make everything smaller :( I only updated 'cause I wanted to see if you had added Citymail but you hadn't and I instantly regretted updating.

7. Yet it puzzles me why you removed the parcel number needed for pick-up of Schenker parcels in Sweden.Got a notification regarding a package but when I open the app itself its not there.

8. It used to be a better app now its been more slow and not keeping up with either added or delivered items since updates every now and then.Crashing on startup.

9. If only PostNord could focus less on paper slips and more on home delivery, it would be more efficient and pandemic friendly to not have to queue at a service point.

10. Please add UPS tooHave been better when was Unifaun, but the app seems to have difficulties to uppdate or add packagesLike this a lot, keeps you updated very well.

11. Currently unusable.It's good, but it seems like it's not always very quick to update item status.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Parcels Issues

1. Fix My Parcels Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Parcels: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My Parcels App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Parcels" » Open My Parcels » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Parcels » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Parcels app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Parcels servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Parcels" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Parcels app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Parcels might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Parcels. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Parcels then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Parcels not working


2. Fix My Parcels Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Parcels be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Parcels not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Parcels may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
