1. I also think that if you switch from an iPhone to an Android phone two weeks into your subscription, you shouldn't have to pay another $159.00. Isn't that supposed to be the upside of the subscription over owning it outright?Great except for the price and yearly renew costThe price is a little steep; however, you are getting a wealth of information.
2. Also I wasn't able to use the app for a couple of months and threaten to cancel my service but they said I couldn't and they didn't offer to give me any extra time for the inconvenience and inability to use the program.
3. They did provide customer service and feedback and did the updates so I was finally able to use it but now everytime I try to open it at work it makes me log in and use a password.
4. First of all they didn't have it updated for Android and I could never get it to open at work.
5. Best ED provider app! This is a great app in theory but it has been difficult to use since I first purchased it back in November.
6. I won't subscribe again.Keeps saying update incomplete despite multiple uninstall/reinstall cycles.
7. I think this is silly for this kind of an app where you just want it to open when you need it.
8. Not very efficient.
