1. I can't explain the efforts and the number of hours, days.. to have to reconstruct the time measurements.I have been using ultimate guitar since about 2007.

2. Been using the Ultimate Guitar website for years, but it's suddenly unusable on mobile and forces you to use this app.

After reading reviews, I doubt I'll be paying once my free trial expires since apparently this app had been broken and gone unfixed for years.Writing another review to say this app still sucks 5 years later, constantly bombarding you with notifications and attempts to get you to sign up for their premium service.

1. Fix Ultimate Guitar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ultimate Guitar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ultimate Guitar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ultimate Guitar" » Open Ultimate Guitar: Chords & Tabs » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ultimate Guitar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ultimate Guitar: Chords & Tabs app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ultimate Guitar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ultimate Guitar: Chords & Tabs" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ultimate Guitar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ultimate Guitar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ultimate Guitar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ultimate Guitar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ultimate Guitar not working

2. Fix Ultimate Guitar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ultimate Guitar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ultimate Guitar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ultimate Guitar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
