tpPLC Customer Insights

1. Most of the times, when you reopen the app after a period of time, it doesn't reconnect with any of the devices in the home, like the power line extenders, and it keeps failing and showing an error messagePoor, loaded all devices, only to then drop 2 off.

2. You do NOT even have to be on the same network (can be connected to your main router if and still detect these devices if configured properly).Doesn't detect my devices, they are on the compatibility list, they appeared for about a week and now nothing.

3. For some reason, it doesn't detect any of my powerline adapters when the PC version finds them all; both the PC and mobile phone are connected to the same network.

4. Really unclear as to the benefit of having the app.Rubbish. Doesn't find devices.

5. Soon after it stopped being able to detect any of my powerline devices.

6. The actual hardware is great but this app is just pointless.Like recent reviews mentioned, support for this app seems to have dropped.

7. When internet frustrations happen, we turn to your apps for solutions and instead find poorly organized documents with no logic or direction; an afterthought.

8. Every time I rename one of the adapters it just reverts after a few seconds to either the original name, or a random mix of characters taken from the name I want to give it and the name it originally had.

9. Using this app to view each device properties, none of the passwords printed on the devices work.

10. Rubbish app!The app seems to have little functionality, aside from being able to view the data rate, and turn the LED's off and on, there's not much else.

11. When opened recently all the names of my devices were reset to their default names and unchangeable.
