1. STAY AWAY from this FRAUD place!!! When you check out, they will tell you you took 30+ cheap bowls, plates, cutlery away and you should pay for them! What the hell do I want to take their cheap bowls!!!Blueground's "internal error" allowed squatters to access and then live my apartment for about a week.

2. Stay away from this company!Blueground will find ways to charge you extra cleaning fee on move-out, in addition to the exit cleaning fee they already charge on contract.

3. Stay with Airbnb $4066 dollars Missing with no Service provided please Stay Away from this app and Service If you need pictures and screen shots and evidence I'm telling the truth I have that.

4. However, Blueground doesn't even care about fundamental things like 2 step email verification to check if it's really you who's getting details of the apartment.

5. Great turn around and listening to feedback! Also service through the app is great and support teams are really quick in responding to issues raised in the app!Terrible company.

6. I take that kind of customer service as unacceptable and I will strongly not recommend my friends and colleagues to use Blueground service at least in Turkey.Missing Money.

7. Update Saying My Background Didn't Pass Okay I pulled it so they must have gotten some Mis Information... This Is All The More Reason To Stay With Airbnb A Business Services that works.

8. Poor seviceDuring my checkout, an accountant Kutay sent me an email approving with me 1486TL of deposit deduction.

9. I do not recommend this company or App.. !!!!Warning!!@Apparently, anyone can use your email and sign up with it, like someone just did with mine.

10. But when I received a check from Kutay - an additional 3540TL was deducted without any prior notice or a chance to negotiate about it or come and clean it by myself.

11. Not scared yet? I just got full details on how to enter some house an another person rented, albeit using my email address.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Blueground Issues

1. Fix Blueground Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Blueground: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Blueground App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Blueground" » Open Blueground » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Blueground » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Blueground app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Blueground servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Blueground" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Blueground app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Blueground might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Blueground. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Blueground then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Blueground not working


2. Fix Blueground Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Blueground be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Blueground not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Blueground may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
