My Telenor Customer Insights

1. App must be update free mint and balance data in line with the usageIt was good app until the last update.. New update giving us inconvenience as it took lots of time to load either on data or on internet.. It is getting difficult to keep check on subscribe packages due to unnecessary loading... Please solve this issue so that we can keep check on subscribe packages easily without unnecessary loading.Used to be good but it got too many bugs now, most common I face is not able to sign in because of error message that I am not connected to internet while LTE/H+ data connection is active on which I can watch videos at the same time.

Great initiative.Initialy I was a fan of this app but recently on 2 consecutive occasions when I toped up my account and went to get a package it said that dynamic balance error or something and then I watched that more then half of my balance had mysteriously vanished I thought it was a one time thing but repeatedly it has happened I even lodged a complaint but it saidd no wrongful deduction was made like.how does balance suddenly vanish in a secondAfter update the app is Extremely buggy nothing work, and loading takes a huge time causes frustration, i have reinstalled so many times check for updates to avoid this issue sometime it shows this is service is not available in your country so strange.

Because my name was written wrong from the start of app.It good very helpful ,there's alot need to be improved But there's one issue i am always facing is that When activating any data plan through PAY BY EASYPAISA WALLET there should be edit option of wallet number (while there is option of editing mobile number but not wallet number) .kindly do something about it .

4. In short UI is excellent but UX is extremely disappointing.Idea of this kind of app is excellent 👌.But telenor app doesnot update data real time.

5. App shows free mint and data in balance however you will be use net or call you will be charged.

6. Only one new functionality is good in this new update, that you can edit your name.

7. And after getting update the app works so slowly and its keep getting hanged.

8. Most of the times they end up the offer without prior information e.g., the exclusive offer with international minutes.

9. The last front end was so good than this.

10. It even does not show you CLEARLY the expiry date of the offer.

11. Expenditure history is very difficulty to understand by common person.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Telenor Issues

1. Fix My Telenor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Telenor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My Telenor App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Telenor" » Open My Telenor » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Telenor » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Telenor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Telenor servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Telenor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Telenor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Telenor might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Telenor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Telenor then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Telenor not working


2. Fix My Telenor Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Telenor be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Telenor not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Telenor may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Hi,
    I got a promotion last year in elgiganten, where I could get a discount buying a phone in case, I also got a subscription in Telenor. I needed to pay this membership until August.
    For that reason, I would like to cancel this subscription and stop paying it and know how I should proceed.
    Can you please help me with that?
    P.s. All the emails you keep sending me are in Danish, so I can not understand it :)
