Taxsee Driver Customer Insights

1. 3: customer service nobody working, ur sent message never reply by anyone.At first the app is good to use easy find older but after few months the app sometime totally no older in only show pass older and later come older again is really make drive have to get job pls up date the systemin the middle of the road and not expected to be crowded but the price remains the same.

2. Apps can't accept the order when condition ammount wallet smaller than potensial ammount will deduct, with notify should add the wallet first, come on.....why not to setup acceptable first then at the end trip the wallet count negative ammount, I think Grab, Gojek and Indrive more flexible.

3. the price of the passenger should be changed, because the car fuel should be calculated to allow the vehicle to moved.The acceptance of orders for driver no longer came with a pop up screen, many were caught unaware thus their rating were deducted for their failure to tab the acceptance button in time.

4. Drivers needed to tab current order located at the bottom left hand side of their screen in order to accept auto or requested orders.

5. Fee admin when top up the wallet is very expensive, let say I doing top up by Ovo ammouny IDR 50K will deduct IDR 5KWhat a good charity job 👍😄 2: sound volume can't adjust, although is10%also louder.

6. Another issue is the every fortnight screenshot of the vehicle with stickers should be setting next due date.I'm a rider, I just want to suggest if you can add a security code to the app before opening it.

7. And please make some face verification to make a good ecosystem for driver and customer, it can reduce a fake order.

8. In the delivery booking app they can call via internet .but on riders app cant.

9. Can we as a rider make internet call with the client.

10. This way, riders can avoid accidentally opening the app and auto-assign bookings.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Taxsee Driver Issues

1. Fix Taxsee Driver Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

Restart Taxsee Driver: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
Update the Taxsee Driver App. Here is how:
1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Taxsee Driver" » Open Taxsee Driver » click "Update".
2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Taxsee Driver » click "UPDATE".
Clear Taxsee Driver app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Taxsee Driver servers.
1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Taxsee Driver" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".

Check Taxsee Driver app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Taxsee Driver might not work.

Uninstall and reinstall Taxsee Driver. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Taxsee Driver then reinstall.

Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Taxsee Driver not working

2. Fix Taxsee Driver Server issues & Internet Connection

Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Taxsee Driver be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Taxsee Driver not working. Make sure all VPNs are off

Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Taxsee Driver may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
