Airtripp Customer Insights
1. Finally the fact that you can only view 10 search results at a time and have to click a button to view more (some of which are the same) - in most apps you can just keep scrolling.So I joined this app and I was happy to make some foreign friends; unfortunately you can't slid a message to the left or right to give an answer to a particular message, to load new messages you have to click on the notification of that message, also one can not delete any message sent.
2. And tbh, I feel like this apps has become more of a dating sites than a place to socialize and make new friends.I subscribed to one month premium which was ought to expire on 18 May 2020 in my calendar time.
3. Can you please review this so we can enjoy chatting on this app? Thank you.Great app, but difficult to upload videos, can't post links to YouTube, and it tends to say "failed to upload" when it actually did so end up duplicating uploads.
4. The standard one don't cut it.This used to be one of my favorite apps, but the updates and changes they made this year kinda ruined it for me so it loses a star.
5. Please fix this issue then i will rate it 5 star!First I'd say that this app is cool but what I don't like is the fact that it would not allow me to upload a video.
6. It's very annoying when a new message comes in from the same person you're texting and you have to leave the chat and enter it again to see the new message they sent.
7. Would give 4 stars if I could upload my videos (I've checked my wifi), but this app isn't 5 star worthy for me.
8. It said that the limit for a video is 30 seconds but wouldn't upload even a 15 seconds video and I've tried over and over again but keep getting the same result.
9. It's still a great app to meet and connect with new people around the world, just not as good as it was last year.
10. Just a few days passed and in app notification appeared that your premium account is expired tap to resubscribe.
11. The changes made to the app kinda took away from the user experience without adding anything of value.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Airtripp Issues
1. Fix Airtripp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Airtripp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Airtripp App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Airtripp" » Open Airtripp:Free Foreign Chat » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Airtripp » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Airtripp:Free Foreign Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Airtripp servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Airtripp:Free Foreign Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Airtripp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Airtripp might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Airtripp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Airtripp then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Airtripp not working
2. Fix Airtripp Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Airtripp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Airtripp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Airtripp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
