You also can't just cancel a membership without calling a phone number, where they attempt to extend your trial membership for another week, and then hit you with the charge, if you don't call them back to cancel in time.would give zero stars because profiles are ALL fake, scammers on the billing end and the profiles' end, the interface is made to make you purchase up to 50 dollars worth of membership even though you only want the 1 dollar day trial (for example, i bought the day trial and there is a bullet highlighted but it does not look like a bullet at all--you have to look very close--and by default it makes you subscribe for another website for 30 dollars with a repeat billing until you manually cancel it)The app is cheap.
2. I test apps all the time and this is hands down the worst experience ever.App is filled with fake profiles and people requesting your number with the same wording a hundred times a day.
3. I paid for a day membership and it tried to charge my card a additional 23.31 which they tell you afterwards for another site.
4. Absolutely terrible business.This app is absolutely horrible! I created an account, but couldn't read half my messages unless I upgraded my membership.
5. You can't read messages on this site and can't view full profiles for free.
6. They offered to turn on extra security for me to help with the scams..... why didn't i have that anyway.Full of bots and ads that block the whole screen so it make it so you can't even do anything even if you have paid for premium.
7. I have a very hard time getting it canceled they wanted to sign me up to free trials of other site because my experience was so bad.
8. I paid a premium membership twice to test this app and both times my credit card was compromised after the fact.
9. My credit card company called me about this charge and I ordered them to cancel it.
10. That's not all though, they "signed" me up for 4 other dating websites, and have attempted to charge me $36.66 four different times for monthly memberships.
11. In order to remove automatic billing (which is difficult to find) it takes you through several prompts just to tell you to call their customer service.
