1. Always knowing my account balances and staying on top of finances is helpful to wise spending choices.My experience with US Eagle has been fantastic.

2. Making a mobile deposit is nearly impossible as it consistently "fails." It's extremely frustrating because the app insists the back of the check be endorsed with "for mobile deposit only," which it clearly is.

One of the things I don't like is when I go to hit a quick balance a warning pops up top that moves the button faster than I can hit it and that just annoys me either the warning should come up with the original message or put it somewhere else but don't sneak it in before I hit the button please.If it was possible to rate this app a zero, I would.

4. I cannot let this automatically pay off my monthly creditcard bill because it seems to depend on whatever was my last manually entered bill pay amount.

5. After numerous fails, it makes me want to throw my phone.Mostly a very good banking app.

6. I can transfer, pay bills, check my credit cards and most importantly deposit checks from this hub.

7. And now I'm going on 50 next you.US EAGLE has excellent to bank with there very friendly and professional.

8. Transfers, bill pay and monthly transaction info is accurate and timely.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix US Eagle Issues

1. Fix US Eagle Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart US Eagle: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the US Eagle App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "US Eagle" » Open US Eagle Mobile Banking » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for US Eagle » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear US Eagle Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from US Eagle servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "US Eagle Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check US Eagle app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, US Eagle might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall US Eagle. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall US Eagle then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing US Eagle not working


2. Fix US Eagle Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make US Eagle be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to US Eagle not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, US Eagle may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
