1. Widget no longer works or shows data usage; just keeps showing "MAG Error 5010" or "App not activated." Trying to activate it fails every time.
2. This is the third app AT&T has disabled the ability to track your data usage; they don't want customers seeing how much data they are using to avoid extra fees.Good tool for monitoring data usage.
3. Super disappointed in att.Samsung Galaxy S8: App had one good use: the ability to see your mobile data usage with the home screen widget.
4. But I get it, I need a new tablet!Since December update, the ability to use Samsung Galaxy Tab E as mobile hotspot stopped working.
5. Constantly gives data plan not found and network error preventing mobile hotspot usage.
6. I'm using auto bill pay and was expecting just a reminder, maybe a week in advance, then another the day before so I could be sure of having enough money in the right account, but it's just too much of a nuisance.Horrible every time I go to use it or even try to use it I get Error 611 bull**** .
7. You have to open it and force it to refresh every single time if you want to see your data usage.
8. Then they give you BS about your internet usage so you wait till your data starts over AND it still does not work.
9. The widget never has the data plan link to it, and neither does the main app.
10. Still a hassle though.would be great if I didn't get dozens of notifications every day that my bill is ready and I could actually use the mobile hotspot.
11. After restoring my tablet the personal hotspot worked again and is still working.
