Why should I report an Issue with Namaz: Prayer Times & Qibla?

1. Because with other apps it didn't work like that and if I change the phone volume when I was listening something it would change the apps volume setting and ezan will heard louder or lesser than it was originally set.Since the latest update all the notifications are silent how ever I change it, it doesn't work.

2. I would recommend it to all my friends and colleagues.Good application but when it's Magrib time it says Aser time, when Isha time it says Magrib time need to fix this minor issuePlease bring the old version back I liked it better at least put it as a different application.

3. Please fix it asapIs not giving me the option to change the location from Istanbul to Sydney Australia.I dont have any issues on my tablet but not working on my phone.

4. Please FYI!All notifications are not work after last updateThis app definately does the justice of providing accurate and precise information when it comes to İslamic practices.

5. Once the setting is done for the app it doesn't interfere with changes made ( volume) on the phone.

6. Old version was betterEasy to use and practicalAfter the Android 9 update its not working.

7. It's been like a month all the notifications are silent.

1. Fix Namaz Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Namaz: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Namaz App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Namaz" » Open Namaz: Prayer Times & Qibla » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Namaz » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Namaz: Prayer Times & Qibla app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Namaz servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Namaz: Prayer Times & Qibla" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Namaz app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Namaz might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Namaz. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Namaz then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Namaz not working

2. Fix Namaz Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Namaz be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Namaz not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Namaz may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
