Sideline Customer Insights

1. Works well about 90% of the time - I'm not sure if the data connection is the cause of the other 10% but because this is not an actual sim and relies on the data networking functionalities of the device that seems to be my only issue, slight lag and some intermittent notifications where it says I had received a call a good 20 minutes to few hours after the fact.

2. I like being able to give out a number that's not my "real" number, and having seperate text and call sounds.

3. Incoming calls sometimes show a Texas number that I don't recognize, but it ends up being a known contact with a number that I do recognize.

4. I like giving clients a local number to call but keeping it separate from my main number.

5. Call audio quality sometimes has a noticeable delay similar to VoIP delay, I assume the calls are POTS to VoIP to POTS on the backend.

6. Otherwise Great! No calls EVER seem to come through, regardless of being on wifi or off wifi, it just shows Missed Call.

7. Thank goodness for that as this number is used for a business line, and it is imperative, that i do not miss a call.

8. When I call out it consistently shows the correct number to the receiver.

9. If a text or call is received through Sideline while on a standard network call, it disables the speaker function.

10. I have had issues in the past where my REAL phone number was showing up instead of my Sideline number.

11. Extra star for good customer service on the way out.Outgoing calls and SMS work reliably.
