1. It routes phone numbers incorrectly (will route a call via my personal cell phone to my businesses HQ rather than the intended caller within the app), will crash while dialing numbers (which the only fix I have found is to uninstall and reinstall the app), will stay on the "connecting" page for several minutes (of which I need to force close and reopen the app and pray it works).
2. Absolute horse manure.You can choose to make calls on it over just wifi or via cellular data which is nice as a work phone app and for me it does make calls, but I have experienced a lot more instances of the call disconnecting.
3. Voicemails don't show up, and it takes too long to display the off-hook button when it rings, so you miss calls, and call history from other devices doesn't show up.
4. While on a native cellular call, the Mitel app will ring full blast in your ear and if you answer the call, you'll have both parties from both voice apps in your ear.
5. I haven't run into too much crashing or freezing, but it's ridiculous that in order to send a text or call to a new person, you must start it in connect, then it continues in the 'teamwork' app...and most importantly, it eats up my battery like literally no other app before.
6. Please, if you are off the clock, disable this app and "force stop/able" until you clock back in.This app interferes with the YouTube Music app preventing music from resuming after a traditional cell call.
7. Left over settings for previous phone client in Mitel Connect that don't work with this version of the mobile client.
8. Phonecalls ring to it only half the time, and this morning I went to answer a call and it WOULD NOT let me unless I signed into o365 with my synced outlook account.
9. Mitel needs to take a look at traditional voice comms apps and follow device sharing etiquette and stop stepping on the other apps on the devices.
10. I absolutely dispise this app.The app continuously runs in the background, when I'm on a personal call on my cell.
11. I work remotely, and was excited at the prospect-- until I downloaded the app, which wants permissions for my calendar, location, accessing photos/media/files on my device, and taking photos/recording video.
