1. Go back to the original texts or let's find a better shopping service.I loved shipt and didn't have any big issues with this app for years during which I would get texts from shoppers.

2. Then you have to add a special request and be initially overcharged until they reconcile the correct amount of the order after the fact.Always friendly shoppers! Great communication if there is an item you requested that isn't available.

3. I've definitely avoided using the app on occasion since this update and it's one more (albeit relatively small) reason I'm considering ending my subscription.I've used Shipt for some time.

4. Right now it shows "6" messages from my most recent order, but I can only read 1.Normally I love shipt and don't have many issues.

5. I miss messages and notifications all the time, the layout of the message panel itself doesn't adjust for my keyboard, and it's genuinely a much worse experience as a whole.
