When I add a specific time it does give me the option to select whether AM or PM...so it doesn't know which time of the day to disable access to the apps and furthermore, it does disable the apps when I do select the time...I have to go to 'application' and disable the app I want at the time I want my child to stop use the app.

2. Can't access settings of any app after installing it on child's phone 😣 Why do you have to block total settings? Uninstall protection from Device Administrator was enough!The best parent control app I've come across.

3. Because settings were blocked, I couldn't activate the wifi to log into the tablet nor could I look up the unlock code from my phone...just a "Contact Us" Button and a message showing trial ended.

4. and it took me quite some time to trick the tablet into uninstalling the app.. Other than that, Decent app!Nice, but missing key feature - no report on Internet sites visited.

5. Can you fix this please, if I make myself clear.I tried every option and every workaround, and the app will not block any incoming calls with my child's LGK40 phone.

6. This app, since it won't even do the single thing it claims to do, is less than useless.EDIT: Lowered rating because after free trial ended I could not remove the app from my kids tablet.

7. The other option is allowing access to only specific sites, which is too controlling IMHO.I've only been using this App now for a few days but so far, I really like the App.

8. It does what it says, and I love how you can enable the device's geolocation if it's disabled on child's phone by them or carrier.

9. Even with unknown callers blocked and only allowing outgoing calls from the contact list, incoming unknown calls and outgoing calls weren't stopped at all.

1. Fix Parental Control SecureKids Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Parental Control SecureKids: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Parental Control SecureKids App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Parental Control SecureKids" » Open Parental Control SecureKids » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Parental Control SecureKids » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Parental Control SecureKids app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Parental Control SecureKids servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Parental Control SecureKids" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Parental Control SecureKids app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Parental Control SecureKids might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Parental Control SecureKids. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Parental Control SecureKids then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Parental Control SecureKids not working

2. Fix Parental Control SecureKids Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Parental Control SecureKids be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Parental Control SecureKids not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Parental Control SecureKids may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
