Why should I report an Issue with MySchool - Learning Game?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of SBT Human(s) Matter to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. The only problems in this game is that when we get to level 4, we need parent access to do the game and get students and other stuff which is kinda unfair because when you put your email it says "invalid email" even though I put the correct email but thankfully I got the right email and passed.

I think I might've experienced a bug where none of the students raise their hands, also I would like to recommend getting rid of the parent access, it feels useless and it blocks things that actual kids do need to learn and get used to, also I recommend making more activities for the game that would happen in an actual school.

Also it would be better if you didnt have to wait over night to correct the homework, like you could push a button and it skips to the next day and all that.Overall, its a pretty fun game, Ive really enjoyed it, but I dont know how\if there is a way to get to settings? I think i clicked the wrong language in the start, so its party english, and partly some other language, which is somewhat annoying.

It is fun and makes me feel like I'm an actual teacher and I like how our students can progress in their intelligence However, whenever I do thinks such as ask a question, get out of the call book menu, or let a student feed the rabbit, it freezes on me and I have to restart the game and my progress gets restarted by a little.

5. I would also recommend making the "days" in the game not have to last a full 24 hours, it is somewhat annoying to have to wait a full day to correct the students homework.

6. Other than that, this game is really cool and fun, and I love the artstyle!Overall wonderful game, but it gets boring after a little while.

7. Please fix it!Really fun game! One thing I noticed though, was that even though I picked English as my language, when you go to do the math in the textbook it says "Problems" in french instead of English.

8. Other than that one little bug, I love this game super fun!The game is awesome.. I agree with others, there should be more than one subject taught.

9. You can just focus on the students and not even realize that nearly an hour has passed! I would reccomend if you just want a simple game but it isn't the best.

10. The game also freezes every now and then and it makes me have to close the app and go back in, and sometimes the progress doesn't even save when that happens, maybe it is a bug.

1. Fix MySchool Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MySchool: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MySchool App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MySchool" » Open MySchool - Learning Game » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MySchool » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MySchool - Learning Game app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MySchool servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MySchool - Learning Game" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MySchool app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MySchool might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MySchool. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MySchool then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MySchool not working

2. Fix MySchool Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MySchool be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MySchool not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MySchool may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
