Reflectly Customer Insights

1. I'll understand if it has ads, but if it loses a lot of functionality, then it'll be a deal breaker, sorry :( Also one complaint: text editing is wonky, please fix it, thank you.It is a nearly flawless app, however, there are a few features that frustrate me.

2. I'm able to get it, but the experience without it is disappointing.I was enjoying the free trial (notifications aren't working but i was willing to look past that) and excited to try the premium features.

3. I try to change the text, but I can't select my cursor on the misspelled word or missing comma, etc.

4. It's a minor nuisance, but would be great if I didn't have to close and relaunch the app to fix my errors (yes, I'm a bit OCD lol)I never had any problems using Reflectly until a few days ago.

5. I do have a suggestion: along with ability to change dates and times, it would be beneficial to be able to go back and add pics to past days/posts, instead of only current post.

6. please consider your users and add in a way to change the text size in your daily stories.

7. If the free version ends up being terrible, I'll probably delete it since I don't have the money to afford the subscription.

8. Firstly, to select a time there is a sliding bar that you need to scrub to pick the time, making precise timing very difficult to select.

9. while I can easily read the text while filling it out, I find that to go back and read it is near impossible for me.

10. I've tried to "restore my purchase" but they say no purchase is linked to my account! Ok so either fix it or send my money back!!! I emailed them and have recieved no response.

11. There isn't a way to delete custom activities or feelings you've made if you've misspelled them by accident, which is okay, just annoying.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Reflectly Issues

1. Fix Reflectly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Reflectly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Reflectly App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Reflectly" » Open Reflectly: Mood Tracker Diary » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Reflectly » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Reflectly: Mood Tracker Diary app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Reflectly servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Reflectly: Mood Tracker Diary" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Reflectly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Reflectly might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Reflectly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Reflectly then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Reflectly not working


2. Fix Reflectly Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Reflectly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Reflectly not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Reflectly may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I cancelled this app long ago as I don’t use it but I have now been surprised with a $110 subscription fee. I need this back ASAP as this was my bill money that goes out tonight. The app is not even in my subscription list so I’m very confused as to how this has happened. Please have this sorted. Also I accidentally hit the send feedback twice and am now being told to wait some minutes to hit send again. I don’t have minutes. I have a job that I need to get to.this experience has been nothing but stressful and unnecessary

  • I have been trying to contact the reflectly support team for months. I bought a subscription with a promo for all access to the apps back in February or March and the app hasn’t processed it. It’s not allowing me to use all of them with premium capabilities. I’ve had a customer service agent reset my account and do that internally. But nothings worked. I would like for this to be fixed and for my subscription date to be set to the date everything begins working. I am very upset and would like to start using the apps!

  • This isn’t really a complaint but an issue w/billing. Is the Reflectly Premium ($59.99 yr) the same as the Reflectly Prremium included in the Growth Bundle: Monthly ($5 monthly)?
    After seeing Reflectly recommended on several different websites - I searched it on the App Store but was confused by the Growth Bundle with Reflectly being a part of it. I picked the Reflectly app first and downloaded it on Jan 15th,2022. I decided I wanted to upgrade to the Premium also on Jan 15th and paid the $59.99 for the yr (on Jan 22nd, 2022 after the 7 day free trail). Then I looked at the Growth Bundle and realized it also included Reflectly Premium and the this app was $5 a month. Since it includes Premium and the many other apps I purchased it (on the 15th also). So I’ve paid $59.99 for the same thing that’s included in my Growth Bundle: Monthly. I’d like to have the $59.99 refunded.

  • Just downloaded the app and was charged 59.99 for annual subscription, but when I logged didn’t have the premium account , so I tried again and it said I would be refunded for more last subventions if I bought a new one so I did , no I have been charged 104.99 total and still do not have premium membership? I would like a complete refund and to never see this app again

  • I downloaded this last night and thought I would be charged only $4.99 and came to find out it is a $31 subscription. I do not want this app and would like my money back.
