1. The part that saddens me is there doesn't seem to be any customer service support and I was really hoping to go for the full paid version which included more information on phone calls and texts, but despite going through the troubleshooting on the website in the help section, I was never able to get it to work and been stuck with the free version.Not bad but could be better.
2. What's the point of having an app for monitoring if it doesn't monitor in real time or send complete information.
3. I would go back to my old app but it doesn't monitor text messages.The app mostly functions.. it's not always very accurate and misses some of the web pages visited occasionally, but it's not very frequent.
4. Customer service is a phone number, no chat option.Used this for over a year with my child's iPhone and iPod Touch.
5. I'm not able to update or change any restrictions unless my child's phone is connected to WiFi, it won't update if they are using mobile data.
6. Text support doesn't work for anything but 1:1 sms.
7. You can add numbers as emergency contacts, but it's a pain, and doesn't function correctly most of the time.
8. Lately, the app just got even more annoying to use and it's track of time became inaccurate (shows 5 min instead of hour)Okay but needs work.
9. Only shows one side of texts, and doesn't even I clue all sent texts.
10. My child is currently across the country on a school trip, Qustodio tracked them across the country, on the plane, up until they got in to their hotel room, then suddenly it said that location tracking was turned off.
11. This results in the phone being turned off if the kid runs out of time.
