Why should I report an Issue with Profoundly: Chat, Video & Games?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of NearGroup Inc to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Likes on your post doesn't reflect on your profileI have a message from someone and I can't view or reply to it because I have to download the app first and I did but the messages and everything else weren't in sync with progress I had back on the Messenger app.

2. People would think they've been scammed and rob of private info if not fixed!It's a good application , concept is good , nice animation, you can meet up many people from different places and can learn about their culture and place.

3. Most of the posts I'm seeing are from people over 100km away, but that might just be a population issue.Edit: 06/28/2021 New features.....ADS! ADS! ADS!.....Every click there is a pop-up ads...I know you need the Ads but you should at least limit it... Also there is a long loading after you view someone's profile.

4. That doesn't count as an anonymous message from a friend, Profoundly! Don't say "play game to view" when all there is to view is YOU playing games with us.

5. The app doesn't seem to know when to switch to headphones or speakers... I'm using wireless headphones but the voices comes out at the phone speaker... it's annoying.

6. You used to be able to send messages to ur facebook friends you cant even do that anymore!.I like the format well enough I guess, but 2 major issues 1.

7. "Can't sign in via Facebook" "Photo upload fail" So at this point in time I cannot use the app at all!?This app is different on different phones.

8. On one of my phones, the messaging feature is still there, but on my other phone, the app is missing the chat and story features.

9. Then it changed to doing voice statuses, which sucks because who wants to listen to people's voices when looking at written statuses was easier.

10. I think the developers coded the app wrong for android 10.The app has barely any notifications for new messages, you basically have to open it up every few minutes/hours just to see if you've missed any messages.

11. Said I have a new message , I go to messages and they're all gone, I don't have any ( I had like 6 different conversations + a new one?).

1. Fix Profoundly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Profoundly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Profoundly App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Profoundly" » Open Profoundly: Chat, Video & Games » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Profoundly » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Profoundly: Chat, Video & Games app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Profoundly servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Profoundly: Chat, Video & Games" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Profoundly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Profoundly might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Profoundly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Profoundly then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Profoundly not working

2. Fix Profoundly Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Profoundly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Profoundly not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Profoundly may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
