1. It makes our lives worse and to forces us to spend extra 15 minutes by using support service and desktop site.A great app for online purchase in Turkey but sadly it doesn't offer support for other languages like English, Arabic.This company is years behind other online shopping in Türkiye.

I was told there is nothing left in the store 😕 which is unacceptable at allgood app to buy things in turkey, but as soon as you receive something broken or youneed to return something, very very very bad customer service, it takes forever, and they will try hard to not fix the problem and get you new product replacement or refund.
