Zervo Customer Insights
1. A major headache to even learn, which can block any usage from actually trying to enjoy the appIt's a great app with tons of people to talk to, some can be bots but you can usually tell.
2. When I type messages it says "restart app" and deletes my message (it happens multiple times, it even happened 6 times in a row) and there's no search option for chats which is annoying.
3. I then have to install and uninstall the app several times before the app works properly.While this app does have some issues, I really enjoy the freedom of DM and building a world where I can post memes and rp with old friends and make new ones.
4. Like texts saying they haven't sent but people still getting them anyways, not being able to switch my oc, not getting notifications.. Etc.
5. There are seriously too many...Decent app but I'm having some troubles, more so a recent issue.. I can't see any images poeple use, I cant see pfps, images for worlds, posts, nothing.
6. Secondly, I'm not sure if this can be fixed but there has been someone who keeps joining almost every group and posting sexual content, which is normally not allowed.
7. I will post something and it'll post twice, and when adding to something, (like adding a new rule to the world or adding to an OC) it deletes previous info.
8. They delete their account and create another one so that they can continue to post inappropriate images.
9. Another thing, your update deleted many messages and I lost people.
10. So I uninstalled and redownloaded the app, and now I CAN'T EVEN LOG BACK IN! I love this app, I think it's great, I've made some good friends.
11. Still worth 5 stars overall despite some minor issues.I was having major bugs with the app.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Zervo Issues
1. Fix Zervo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Zervo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Zervo App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zervo" » Open Zervo - AI Chat&Roleplay » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zervo » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Zervo - AI Chat&Roleplay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zervo servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zervo - AI Chat&Roleplay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Zervo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zervo might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Zervo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zervo then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zervo not working
2. Fix Zervo Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zervo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zervo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zervo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hiya, so my zervo wasn't loading and all my worlds I was in said there were zero members so I kept refreshing it but it stayed the same, so I deleted it and tried logging back into my account. But it said "server connecting timeout" my Internet is fine but I really want to roleplay however I can't get into my accout and I really don't want to make a new one, what do i do?
