PhonePe UPI, Payment, Recharge Customer Insights

1. Makes no sence to re-varify again and again.App Experience is Very Good Overall, But there is just one issue, that its very difficult to make phonepe transactions with bank statement, it would be best if phonepe app allow users to download upi statment with narration and utr no so that we have match it with our bank statement.

2. But, Recently I started seeing an issue - one of my contacts with which I have been doing monthly transactions suddenly started appearing in a different name just for my installed app.

3. Another issue is that it takes a lot of time even after successful payment (like in paying electricity bills).

4. Overall, I do not recommend this app due to its poor performance and lack of user-friendliness.Hii,sir i'm unable to check my balance,on every try it takes a lot of time,even after that it doesn't show the balance Sir i still face the problem of check balance.

5. Even though my account is varified and made several transactions before, it starts varifiying at worst possible time (when making a transaction).

6. Currently there is no such option and every time i have to access history and open each and every transaction to view the narration.It was fine until a few days ago.

7. Earlier, I used to have 2 bank a/cs with two different phone no's registered on phonepe & I could transfer within those banks.

8. But i think the time being taken to resolve the issue is too long.

9. And when the issue is raised, it takes around 24 to 48 hrs to resolve the issue in order to make payment done perfectly.

10. I don't want to have to transfer ₹57 when I'm only supposed to transfer ₹56.62. PhonePe is the only app that does not support transferring paise.

11. I have been using this app for couple of years no issue as come up before.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix PhonePe UPI, Payment, Recharge Issues

1. Fix PhonePe UPI, Payment, Recharge Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  1. Restart PhonePe UPI, Payment, Recharge: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the PhonePe UPI, Payment, Recharge App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PhonePe UPI, Payment, Recharge" » Open PhonePe UPI, Payment, Recharge » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PhonePe UPI, Payment, Recharge » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear PhonePe UPI, Payment, Recharge app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PhonePe UPI, Payment, Recharge servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PhonePe UPI, Payment, Recharge" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check PhonePe UPI, Payment, Recharge app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PhonePe UPI, Payment, Recharge might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall PhonePe UPI, Payment, Recharge. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PhonePe UPI, Payment, Recharge then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PhonePe UPI, Payment, Recharge not working

2. Fix PhonePe UPI, Payment, Recharge Server issues & Internet Connection

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PhonePe UPI, Payment, Recharge be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PhonePe UPI, Payment, Recharge not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PhonePe UPI, Payment, Recharge may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
