1. The vague search or map search isn't consistent, it will take you to view multiple properties from trying to view the one u want.Good searching tool with some pet peeves: sometimes places say "no info" regarding pets, but when you check out padmapper in a browser, it says "no pets." also, my searches seem to get combined sometimes in ways I don't expect.

2. Constantly prompts for email feedback rather than app store; anyone actually facing issues does that, meaning issues are hidden from Google Play storeClicking markers shows the same apartment again and again regardless of which marker is selected, even if they're not in the same area, have to hit the top left icon to actually view the available apartments in a list.

3. The desktop site (and possibly the app) used to cover Kijiji listings but now doesn't seem to aggregate them, as there are hundreds of apartments not being listed on here.In padmapper current state, it is unusable for creating listings.

4. I keep getting push notifications for the default search that happens when you first load the app, and there is no way to turn them off, without turning off all notifications.

5. I posted my condo for rent but PadMapper never completed the verification steps on their end so the listing never went live.

6. finally, the "check availability" button automatically sends a generic message to the listing poster on your behalf, which I did not know and wish I could more easily edit on the app - but otherwise, I like this app.Really not useful.

7. Does not let you view the property you clicked on from the vague search.

8. Unfortunately, something on the backend has broken the app, and nothing for the past month and half has address these problems.This app looks nice and is a good way to compare what rental rates in your area are, but the functionality is lacking.

9. Ultimately the main problem Is I can't actually post the unit for rent.Really reduced the anxiety I was having over looking for a place, especially in specific areas.

1. Fix PadMapper Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PadMapper: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PadMapper App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PadMapper" » Open PadMapper - Apartment Rentals » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PadMapper » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PadMapper - Apartment Rentals app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PadMapper servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PadMapper - Apartment Rentals" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PadMapper app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PadMapper might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PadMapper. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PadMapper then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PadMapper not working

2. Fix PadMapper Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PadMapper be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PadMapper not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PadMapper may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
