1. Experience very damn bad you enter downline access when you switch it exits fine ...... But when you've placed your order and everything then it has no option for that plus infinite lag loading sooo sooo much just useless app absolutely waste.Such a worst experience... consuming more data to load the page, some options are not working.. already reported to the company but no response.. they must update the app, waiting for a simple particular product for a long time.. products are good but application was very worst.

Worst experience after last update they changed the payment option from cash on delivery to and payment ....there in Pakistan some people don't have any bank account so there should be an option of cash payment...thanksThis app is not providing update option for pre ordered products how do change the mistaken address or contact information after that it got returned I unable to reorder that very bad experience...Why does the current app not switch between single and multiple pages.

3. I really wish they will bring some changes.I have been having this issue from a long time wherein I click on the steal deals section and when I click on the location it just doesn't move forward from there.

4. Thirdly, sometimes all features of main menu does not display in left hand panel like I am not able to see claims and returns section all time.

5. Please fix the big.The stupid app asks to sign in every single time!! Every time! Even if the last time I logged in was just 2 minutes ago.

6. Each time when i open the app, it is logged out and i have to login again and again which is pretty much irritating.

7. When the new update came i thought that the issue has been fixed.

8. In this age, online shopping sites are competing to make their website more user friendly however, it feels that Oriflame just doesn't bother with the customer service plus their app.

9. For some products if we want to keep it in wishlist and then add to cart there is no such option.

10. It would save customers time, if u can focus on this.App is not open properly in rural areas.

11. Because products, services and other services are very good.I love the products but they can do better with the app and the customer service.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Oriflame App Issues

1. Fix Oriflame App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Oriflame App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Oriflame App App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Oriflame App" » Open Oriflame App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Oriflame App » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Oriflame App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Oriflame App servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Oriflame App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Oriflame App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Oriflame App might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Oriflame App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Oriflame App then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Oriflame App not working


2. Fix Oriflame App Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Oriflame App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Oriflame App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Oriflame App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
