1. It's frustrating thinking that there's a great deal, but then check the address and find out it's a listing 50 miles away.Showed up two days in a row and the app would not let us into the house, kept saying showings were limited, even though the second time we scheduled a tour.

2. It never works smoothly, freezes more often than not and just doesn't respond most of the time! It's such a good concept and that's the only thing that keeps me coming back and trying again.Some homes have an address that doesn't match its location on the open door map.

3. Said it takes 48 hours to fall off the app...then received a text message 5 minutes after leaving saying "here is the house code" and "sorry for miscommunication the house is still up for sale"...sad day...Waste of time.

4. Plz hire some solid engineers and QAs to do the work!The all day, open house idea really appeals to my needs and my free time regarding time off which has been late evenings after work.

5. I have been prompted to call-in once or twice for security purposes to get the code but that is no big deal as I am not up to "no good." I've actually just taken the opportunity afforded to me to take my time & see as many houses as necessary in order to make a sound purchase.

1. Fix Opendoor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Opendoor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Opendoor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Opendoor" » Open Opendoor - Buy and Sell Homes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Opendoor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Opendoor - Buy and Sell Homes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Opendoor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Opendoor - Buy and Sell Homes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Opendoor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Opendoor might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Opendoor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Opendoor then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Opendoor not working

2. Fix Opendoor Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Opendoor be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Opendoor not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Opendoor may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
