1. Can y'all please fix the app so I can use my bank without having to log on to a computer?!? At least allow the app to open while I switch to my messages or email!My experience with One has been a roller coaster!! When they decided to stop allowing new pockets I knew it was a matter of time before I have to find a new option, but I love one right now and I have pockets available for at least 2 more yrs, so as long as they don't jack things up I have 2yrs to find a better option where I can budget and bank.
2. Please read this and fix these issues fast!Bank is great! The app is terrible after the update! It wants to send a code to your email or text but when you such apps to check either one for the code, One closes and makes you sign back in and goes thru the process again.
3. Have no transactions yet, since I just downloaded a couple of days ago.I used to really like this bank but it has lost a lot of features that made it unique, and the biggest issue is that I haven't been able to log into the app in almost a week now.
4. I wasn't watching and 2 months had gone by without my payments before I discovered this when they closed my account for the non-payment and I got left with 60 days past due on my credit report.
5. Now, someone wrote me a check and you just can't deposit checks anymore - you need to transfer it from an external account.
6. Worse still, mobile check deposit doesn't work either.I am unable to view my card number completely in the app.
7. I need to be able top access my account without being in front of a computer or different device.
8. However a quality of life feature that needs to be implemented is a system where you can see the money in your account before, and after, a transaction occured.
9. Second,I need to report my card as lost and cannot because that particular button (along with a few others on the My Card tab) immediately crash the app.
10. Like another card I have, I could have $50, spent $2, and on that transaction it would show me the $50 as before the transaction finalized, and the $48 as after.Came from simple to one after simple closed.
11. The help chat used to be great, but the last couple times I've used it I found the support and the friendliness lacking.
