1. But the bike riders, they charge extra, cancel after coming to pickup, don't accept payments other than cash, and you have to wait for like 40 mins almost every time you want to book a bike.

2. Good luck.After my ride, I paid using the phonepe option which popped up after completion of ride but even after that the driver asked to give cash.

3. To what destinations are only the drivers willing to go if they keep canceling every ride !? And the fare is too high, just keeps surging in a few minutes' timeThe bike experience is horrible.

4. When you schedule a cab, there are no details about the cab, and when you rely on it, it does not show up at all.at a certain point of time, the app used to work very very well, but after a point of time, NOT ONE DRIVER was ready to accept my order.

5. In my recent ride, the destination was showing correctly for me on my app but was not updated on the driver's app and I was dropped in the wrong location.

1. Fix Ola Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ola: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

3. Clear Ola: Book Cab, Auto, Bike Taxi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ola servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ola: Book Cab, Auto, Bike Taxi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ola app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ola might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ola. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ola then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ola not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ola be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
