International Customer Insights

1. If they resolve the issue, I'll get back to using this app if not then this is goodbye.Edit.... after not using the app for a few months I tried to load my daughter's phone with a new credit card (same bank, new card).. Nymgo wanted copies of my passport, photos of the front and back of my credit card and a bank statement.. FOR A $15 TOP UP.. why not just charge a dollar then refund it like every other company (including Google) you lost me guys .. sorry but I am not uploading sensitive docs for a piddly charge like thatNymgo is a good name for years, I tried to recharge my friend, and the said amount was deducted from my friend never received the load, please refund my money back, my transaction np is 254130.

It's a pity that this is happening to the app that was once my favourite.I've for for hundred of times to sign in and it keeps saying "sign in failed" network error"...I escalated the issue to customer care for over a month but no one replied yet!!I've never seen before or ever experienced that type of worst recharge app.

3. And the bonus is all three recharges amount deducted from my account.There is no user instructions for topping up call credit to make an initial call.

4. Getting a reply from developer after 3 months of posting the complain, what a great customer support!! Just took them 3 months to respond!!! 👎Recharged while in Myanmar, but the app still says "your top up is in progress".

5. After deleting similar apps dozens of times and searching tirelessly for over 2 years,I found exactly what I'd almost given up today! People,this app does exactly what I sought! Recharges foreign sim cards precisely...like a razor blade.Fraud app, dont use.

6. I sent numerous miserable emails to see them say the payment I made was used to recharge my phone and not for topping up credit.

7. My three recharge payment is in progress and still not comepleted.

8. Even after succesful payment from bank topup still shows "your top up is in progress".

9. It's been 4 hrs since I did the recharge but the sim hasn't been topped up.

10. And added that i must buy nymgo credit to be able to use it.

11. Damn lucky i only paid 2.54usd and not 25usdThought of trying this out as the charges were less compared to the Ding app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix International Issues

1. Fix International Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart International: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the International App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "International" » Open International Mobile Recharge » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for International » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear International Mobile Recharge app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from International servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "International Mobile Recharge" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check International app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, International might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall International. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall International then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing International not working


2. Fix International Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make International be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to International not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, International may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
