1. The most undesired thing is after you get used to and ignore the frequent false alerts you then find out you lose the tracker but the tracker has stopped reporting its location several days ago.I really thought this app and key tracker was going to be great for me so i can keep track of my keys.

Recommendation: 1) add color options to the icon which match with the physical look to help quickly remind which one is missing.
6. I started getting these mysterious alerts on my phone, 2 2 short dings, and whatever audio or video was playing would just stop.
7. The app is really annoying in ways of constantly disconnecting from the tracker on my keys.
8. The ringer is way too quiet and the alert to tell you that the item your tracking is too far away takes over the sound on your phone calls.
9. Disappointing - I thought a device like this would be far more accurate & advanced by 2020.I've had this for a couple of years and through it all, service has been erratic or not available.
10. Update: After a few weeks of going without my tracker, I reconnected my tracker to success.
11. Either way decent cheap tracker it's saved me more than once.App generally gets the job done but misses on several points.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Nut Issues
1. Fix Nut Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Nut: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Nut App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nut" » Open Nut - Smart Tracker » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nut » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Nut - Smart Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nut servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nut - Smart Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Nut app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nut might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Nut. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nut then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nut not working
2. Fix Nut Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nut be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nut not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nut may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
